The cake was wonderful!! It was indeed tender and the flavor of almond just gave it a nice touch to it. To me the cake was not very moist, although it was not dry either. It was just at the borderline dry/moistness of a cake. I don’t know if the different flour made a different result. And it definitely taste better and the moistness of the cake was just perfect! So if you can plan ahead, make this cake the day better and you will be very happy about this cake.
